After therapy this morning, Mom was sent for a test, which determined that she has developed a blood clot in her lower left leg. She has been ordered to bed and will begin some anti coagulation medications to help ensure that the clot does not get worse and wont go anywhere. We are hoping the delay in physical therapy will not keep her from earning her day pass this weekend...yew, that's right....there is a possibility that she will get a few hours outside the hospital this weekend!!!I will be more diligent with the "blob" so visiting can be planned.

I was thinking about you last night and hope that we get rid of this issue so you can enjoy a day off this weekend. I am planning on coming by sometime soon to chat with you again and show you pictures of my DRESS! (Yep, finally found one)!
